Shipping and returns

Shipping is free worldwide on all products.

We ship orders via QazPost no later than 5 business days after placing the order.

We accept returns if the item you purchased is sent back within 2 weeks of receipt. The buyer pays for return postage. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
